Account Manager Service & Maintenance

A new opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager Service & Maintenance role to join our client’s sales team. 

What will be your responsibilities as Account Manager Service & Maintenance?

You will be responsible for the coordination of technical service support to national and international customers. You will execute, support and maintain product life cycle support programs. Besides that, you will establish and maintain professional relationships with the customer(s), local agent(s), suppliers and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.

A Day in the Life of the Account Manager Service & Maintenance might look something like this:

• First point of contact for customers, service engineer(s) and relevant in- and external stakeholders concerning service and maintenance issues;
• Advises on optimizing efficient spare part stocks and supports to international and domestic sourcing, warehousing and distribution of spare parts;
• Provides support in the execution of maintenance training programs and product life cycle extension programs;
• Coordinate and start execution of technical support in case of breakdowns, maintenance, overhaul and installation work;
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts;
• Representing the company to customer and related professional associations.

What do we require?

• A Bachelor's Degree;
• Experience in commissioning and / or service management;
• Experience in subcontract management;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
• Willingness to live and ability to frequently travel long distances and work abroad.
