For our relation in Maastricht, we're looking for a German speaking Customer Service Representative.
In this job, your goal is to maintain and/or increase customer loyalty by supporting the customer from ordering till delivering.
Further, the associate is responsible for managing orders in accurate, timely and professional way.
- Handling of customer enquiries;
- Handling of quotations/ offers;
- order handling;
- follow up on customer request;
- building strong customer relationships;
- maintaining customer related and sales date.
Wat vragen wij
We are looking for a candidate matching the following profile:
- MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics);
- General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain);
- Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is mandatory;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and German language;
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is preferred;
- Computerliterate (advance knowledge of MS-Office);
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge are preferred;
- Fulltime available and living in the Maastricht area.
