For a logistics company in the South-Limburg area we are looking for a HR employee who is able to speak fluently German

The HR Advisor will be in charge of the day-to-day operational and tactical HR tasks for the scope defined within the region Northern Europe: Germany and the UK. He or she will also be a backup for the colleague who is responsible for the other countries (the Netherlands and Poland). Such as, the jobholder is responsible for all HR related topics: from advising the management on the several HR themes to all other HR support tasks, like Recruitment, Talent Management, Employee & Labor
Relations, Performance Management, preparing payroll and he/she ensures conformity with the
current social and legal regulations. You will be supported by an HR Associate for administrative
tasks and you will be part of the global HR team: 3 colleagues in HR Southern Europe and 3 in HR Northern Europe Team. The HR Advisor is expected to bring a continuous contribution to improve HR Management, Administration & Support within the Group.

Talent Acquisition
- Participate in the recruitment process with the business (job advertisements on job
boards, website, recruitment agencies, job interviews, etc);
- Referral update and follow up process;
- Give input for employment contracts, amendments, engagement letters;
- Ensure the internal and external regulations are applied in terms of remuneration;
- Follow-up and handle training requests with view to Group policies.

Wat vragen wij

Your profile
- Bachelor level: People & Business Management, International Business, Hotel
Management or similar;
- First steps set in HR: ready for next step in HR career;
- Excellent knowledge of the German Labor Law;
- Excellent use of IT tools (Google Suite & Excel);
- Accurate, be able to work independently and you are proactive (entrepreneur);
- Must speak fluent German and English;
- Excellent analysis and writing skills;

• Willing to travel (incidentally) within Germany;
  - Used to or willing to work in a dynamic decentralized and international organisation.
