For one of our relations in Echt, we're looking for a Procurement Administrator.
The initial contract term is 12 months with possibility to be extended to a longer term or changed to a permanent contract in the future. This role is based in Echt. You will work within a small team looking after the strategic procurement for the 3 main distribution centers in Europe. You report to the Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up and resolve Invoices and Payment issues in collaboration with Account Payable team;
• New items and suppliers setup;
• Procurement database administration (suppliers, prices, agreements);
• Procurement reports and data analysis;
• RFQ (request for quotation) administration;
• Other procurement administrative tasks/projects assigned by Manager.

• Independent, structured, persistent, stress-resistant and proactive
• The "Can Do" attitude is most preferred and highly appreciated in this team.
• You will have to get people moving to give you the requested information in order to complete your tasks successfully and in timely manner
• You have service mind and will do whatever it takes to serve our internal customers (L&D and Product Management team) and support them to reach their business objectives
• You have excellent skills in MS Office
• You are excellent in English and fluent in Dutch. Other languages are an advantage.
